Summary

Miguel was actively working on two issues that he asked the group to help with. The first was to get feedback on the general architecture he had laid out. It was working fine, but Miguel had some concerns about the scalability of the system.

The second issue was resolving a race condition that could occur with frequent updates and how the Airtable webhooks functioned.

Group discussion involved:

  • Scalability and cost concerns with AWS SQS and Lambda
  • Utilizing different Airtable endpoints to reduce redundant processing
  • Different ways to store 3rd party data to keep things in sync
  • Full system testing with 3rd parties
